I purchase a master key to reset my parental controls on my wii but the master key doesnt work can someone please help me?!

Wii does not have a "master key" to reset the parental controls; I'm not sure where you bought one. To reset the controls, you should follow the directions on this page.

The key expires, so if you waited too long before using it that may explain it. You may have to try again.
